About the Role:

We are seeking a

reliable and motivated multi-skilled tradesperson

with a strong attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience across several trades and be confident completing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

Responsibilities:

Carpentry Painting & Decorating Flooring installation and repairs Basic Plumbing Tiling and patch plastering Completing job reports and assisting with budgeting Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations Driving across London to collect materials and attend various job sites

Requirements:

Proven experience across multiple trades Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools Background in construction or property maintenance (advantageous) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues Full UK Driving Licence (required)
