Job Description

SLP Property & Garden Maintenance is seeking a reliable and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our expanding team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced across a range of trades, including painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, and general property maintenance. You'll work across residential and commercial sites, delivering high-quality workmanship with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Complete a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on client properties Carry out painting, decorating, plastering, minor plumbing, and general carpentry Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area Communicate effectively with clients and team members Work independently or as part of a small team on larger projects
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-trade or general property maintenance Skilled in several trades, ideally including: Painting and decorating Minor plumbing Tiling and flooring Carpentry or joinery Proficient with hand and power tools Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Positive attitude with attention to detail Full UK Driving Licence (required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 14.04-18.23 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
