Multi Trade Operative
to join our successful reactive business in the Midlands.

The Multi Trade Operative role:
We're committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
Use your skills to undertake multi trade work, including jobs related to plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair. Working in a commercial setting, you have the opportunity to utilise your fault finding and problem-solving capabilities.
Attending routine repairs, and planned refurbishment jobs within live and void properties.
What you will bring as a (Trade):
Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade, Joinery and plastering advantageous
Fire door experience desirable
Experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment / commercial / challenging environments
Having a passion for making a difference to peoples environments, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
The successful applicant will be required to complete a criminal records check.
