We are looking to expand our team with reliable, hardworking multi skilled trademen who would like to excel in a fast-paced contract within the housing association industry.
Job description
Multi skilled worker working within void properties to rip out and re-install kitchens/bathrooms/bedrooms/living rooms.
Work location
Milton Keynes/ Welwyn Garden City
The selected candidate will need the following:
Valid CSCS Card
Clean Driving License
Must have own van
Must have own tools
To be registered as self employed under HMRC construction scheme.
Further internal training courses will be provided.
Competitive day rate/negotiable dependant on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 150.00-200.00 per day
