Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, including soft and hard landscaping, roofing, masonry, and carpentry. This role requires an individual who is adept at using both hand and power tools to fabricate and repair structures and systems. The Tradesman/woman will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Use power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks including fabrication and assembly. Undertake roofing work including installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems. Engage in masonry tasks such as laying bricks, stones, or concrete blocks and flagging. Carry out carpentry work including framing, installing fixtures, and constructing wooden structures. Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multiple trades in landscaping, roofing, masonry and carpentry. Proficiency in the use of both hand tools and power tools relevant to the trades. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively on-site. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively. Relevant certifications or qualifications in specific trades are advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.5 per week
