About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across a variety of residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Plumbing:

Leak detection and repair Tap and toilet installations and repairs Unblocking drains General plumbing maintenance

Carpentry:

First and second fix carpentry Door and window fitting and repairs Skirting board and architrave installation Basic joinery work

Electrical:

Fault finding and repair of lighting circuits Changing light fittings and switches Testing electrical appliances (Note: This may require specific electrical qualifications depending on local regulations)

General Maintenance:

Painting and decorating Tiling Minor brickwork repairs Property inspections and preventative maintenance

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service to clients Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues Maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a multi-skilled trades role Excellent practical skills in plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Clean driving license and own van or car essential Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical) Gas Safe registration (if applicable) Experience in property maintenance Basic knowledge of building regulations
