About the Role:

As a

Multi-Skilled Tradesman

, you will be responsible for

general maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments

across residential properties. You will carry out a variety of tasks, from

plastering and painting

to ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.

This role requires

flexibility

, as you may be required to travel to various properties. A

full UK driving licence

is essential, with access to a van ideally.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out

maintenance and repair work

on residential and commercial properties.

Perform

, painting, decorating, tiling, flooring, plastering, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs

.

Diagnose and fix

general building issues

efficiently and professionally.

Ensure all work is completed safely, within agreed timeframes, and to a high standard.

Work independently or as part of a team to complete

planned and emergency repair projects

.

Communicate effectively with the team and clients to ensure smooth project completion.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience

in multiple trades, including

plumbing, painting, decorating, plastering, roofing, tiling, flooring, and carpentry

.

Strong

problem-solving skills

and attention to detail.

A professional attitude,

punctuality

, and excellent

customer service skills

.

Ability to work

independently and as part of a team

.

A full UK driving licence

(essential).

Relevant

trade certifications

(desirable but not essential).
