We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled tradesperson to join our construction team. Extensive experience in a variety of trades will be critical for this role and should be considered when applying, we are looking for somebody with experience in mainly in Brick Laying, Plastering & Carpentry and reporting to the site supervisor, you will be a critical part of the team constructing bespoke building projects. Bancs Building Contractors is a high-end construction company working in Swansea and the surrounding areas who aim to deliver the highest quality of work. Requirements:

As a multi-skilled tradesperson, you will use a wide variety of skills during daily duties. A successful candidate will have skills and qualifications that include:

Extensive skills and experience working in the trades or a substantial construction industry background. Experience working in a variety of trades including bricklaying, carpentry and plastering Experience / ability to follow instruction. The ability to work as an individual and as part of a wider team. Wide range of general construction skills. Professional and approachable manner. Problem solving nature. Manufacturing/Construction qualifications will be an advantage. Own vehicle Own tools

Responsibilities:

As a multiskilled tradesperson you will be pivotal to the success of the many sites we work on. This role may include:

Working as part of a team High-end construction, utilising the skillset gained from extensive experience in the trades. Following production guidelines and specifications. Following health and safety standards. Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor. Ensuring all work is conducted to the company's high-quality standards. Operating and maintaining machinery. Working at height. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on site. Performing any other tasks as assigned.

Salary:

Hourly rate dependent on previous experience.

Work Location:

Variable, transport necessary. A clean, UK driving license is necessary for this role.

Schedule:

8.5 hour working day. Working hours between 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime availability.
