Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and adaptable Tradespeople to join our teams. The ideal candidates will bring a broad range of construction expertise in domestic settings including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, damp and mould works, mould wash, plastering, painting and decorating. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects across the housing in Croydon. Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining strict safety standards. The successful applicants will demonstrate pride in their craft, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to completing tasks safely and efficiently and all the appropriate tickets and qualifications.

Key Duties

Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, fitting, and finishing with precision and attention to detail. Carry out painting and finishing work to ensure surfaces meet required standards. Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings. (kitchen and bathrooms) Execute plastering finishing Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance while following safety protocols. Safely and efficiently operate a wide range of hand and power tools. Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant work environment at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: plumbing, electrical work, plastering, carpentry, painting and decoration, plastering. Proficiency in using hand tools (e.g., hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, welders). Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety procedures. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a professional approach when interacting with colleagues and clients. Flexibility and adaptability to support a variety of projects requiring diverse technical skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. (Preferred)
