We are seeking an experienced and versatile
Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
to join our busy and growing team at Phillips Construction Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a company that specialises in insurance repairs and is actively expanding its property development division.
Based in
Taunton
, we operate across the
Southwest
, so the role will involve varying travel times to and from sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a variety of construction tasks across multiple trades.
Deliver high-quality repairs on insurance-related projects.
Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety best practices.
Provide excellent customer service, always maintaining a professional and approachable manner.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in multiple trades within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of
Health & Safety
protocols.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
Reliable, conscientious, and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
A
full UK driving licence
is essential.
Position Details:
Employment Type:
Full-time (PAYE or self-employed options available).
Salary/Rate:
14.00 - 18.45 per hour (dependent on skills and experience) for full-time PAYE roles.
Self-employed
day rates will be agreed based on experience.
