Roar Kids Academy is a dynamic, inclusive company that provides engaging and fun multi-sports sessions for children aged 4-11. We are passionate about promoting physical activity and fostering a love for sports among young children in a safe and supportive environment. As part of our growth, we are looking for a dedicated Multi-Sports Coach to lead our after-school sports program.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Multi-Sports Coach to deliver high-quality after-school sports sessions to primary school children. The sessions are designed to engage children in a variety of sports, promoting fitness, teamwork, and confidence.
The clubs will be with both KS1 & KS2 children on various days.
There is potential for additional opportunities, including holiday camps during school holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver structured, fun, and engaging multi-sports sessions for children aged 4-11.
Ensure all activities are inclusive and appropriate for children of different skill levels.
Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that supports children's physical and emotional development.
Promote safety and adhere to Roar Kids Academy's health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff.
Requirements:
Experience working with children in a coaching or sports role.
Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., FA Level 1, Multi-Sports Coaching Award).
A passion for sports and promoting active lifestyles in young people.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate children.
A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Paediatric First Aid (in date)
Desirable:
Safeguarding certifications.
Availability for additional work during school holidays (holiday camps).
