The Role



As our Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running and strategic development of all three retail locations. You'll split your time between visiting each store and working from our Head Office, ensuring smooth operations, excellent team performance, and consistent visual and brand standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee the operations of 3 retail stores, ensuring consistency and high standards Plan and implement engaging and effective store layouts and visual merchandising Manage the EPOS back office, including product setup, pricing, and stock levels Handle supplier relationships and coordinate procurement Create and manage staff rotas, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity Lead staff training and development, ensuring team members are confident, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Drive in-store marketing initiatives to promote new products and seasonal campaigns Analyse sales and performance data, delivering regular reports and actionable insights Identify and implement new strategies to streamline operations and increase sales Lead with positivity, professionalism, and a can-do attitude

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in multi-site retail management Strong knowledge of EPOS systems and back-office product management Confidence working with CSV uploads/downloads for bulk product updates Excellent reporting and data analysis skills A forward-thinking and proactive approach to business improvement Experience delivering or overseeing staff training and onboarding Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on, day-to-day management Polite, friendly, and highly driven with a passion for retail and customer experience

Store 1 - The Royal Albert Dock

Store 2 - Liverpool JL Airport

Store 3 - City Centre

Head Office - Knowsley Business Park

Salary

: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (flexibility required for store visits)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
