Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trade carpenter to join our team based in central London. As a Multi Trade carpenter, you will be responsible for various tasks related to carpentry, fabrication, and general construction. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and knowledge of various construction techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Perform carpentry work including cutting, shaping, and fitting materials inc. 1st & 2nd fix
- Fabricate and assemble structures, furniture, or other items according to specifications
- Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures
- Conduct joinery work such as framing, trim work, and molding installation
- Plumb and level structures to ensure proper alignment
- Work with masonry materials for brickwork or concrete projects
- Assemble and install roofing materials
- Prepare surfaces for painting and apply paint or other finishes

- Confident with demolition and investigation works and repairs in a safe working environment as well as making good.

- Have own tools for the job

- Confident with wet trades as well as plastering

Skills:
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques and practices
- Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe usage
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Experience with joinery techniques for framing and finishing work
- Familiarity with plumbing systems for installation or repair tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 185.00-205.00 per day
