About the Job

Lazard Plumbing, Heating and Gas is a specialized plumbing contractor providing premium installations and maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in East London and the Havering area.

We are currently looking for an Experienced Multi Trade to support current plumbers/heating engineers with all the works that we undertake: bathrooms, boilers installations, repairs, UFH, etc.

To be able to work independently when required and to be able to follow instructions.

Some examples of work expectation: chasing, coring walls, floors, taking-out floors, building skills, making good walls, building stud walls, running pipework, wires, basic painting, etc

The successful applicant must have great attention to detail and some plumbing experience. Excellent at finishing touches and customer skills is paramount.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The person will be responsible for supporting the tilers, plumbers and heating engineers in installing complete bathrooms including plumbing, tiling, decorating, carpentry and installing boilers, radiators, UFH, etc.

Required Knowledge, Experience and Traits:

Basic plumbing knowledge and experience Carpentry skills. Painting and decorating skills. Electric knowledge, basic electric Client facing skills. Problem-solving, and decision making. Great attention to details. Positive can-do attitude. Enjoy working as part of a team. Be self-motivated. Be self-confident.

Salary/Benefits:

Salary 130-150/day self employed dependant on experience. Standard hours-5 days a week, 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday mainly, but some weekends may be needed.
