About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Multi Trader to join our reactive maintenance team across London. You'll cover a wide range of trades, with jobs scheduled and routed by our team daily. Expect a mix of single-site and multi-location work.

Responsibilities

Plumbing: Leaks, pipe repairs, tap installations Carpentry: Door hanging, cabinetry, frames, wooden flooring Bathroom refurbishments: Tiling, tanking, trays, sealing Kitchen fittings: Cabinets, sinks, worktops, tiling Leak detection and investigation Door/window fitting and repairs Tiling, vinyl, and laminate flooring Shower and wet room installation Property renovations and structural repairs Basic roofing and skylight repairs Basic electrical tasks: alarms, fans Exterior and glazing maintenance General repairs: hinges, locks, mechanisms

What You Need

8+ years experience across multiple trades Full UK driving licence Confident communication skills Strong problem-solving mindset

Performance Expectations

Complete a minimum of 8 jobs/day Maintain zero-recall standards Provide job reports and videos via our app Submit accurate measurements and material links Communicate clearly with the scheduling team
