We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills across various trades, enabling them to carry out maintenance, repair, and installation tasks effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and functional environment for all.

Duties

Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and carry out necessary repairs. Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies as they arise.

Skills

Proficiency in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driving licence is preferred for travel between sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 150.00-200.00 per day
