Job Description

Integrated Building Solutions are looking for a experienced and competent multi trade operative to work with our team to carry out various maintenance and building work in and around Manchester for a variety of clients.

The right Maintenance/multi trade engineer to have at least 3 years experience working within the maintenance/multi trade industry, and will be required to carry out the installation and maintenance of the following:

Joinery - repair and installation of doors, skirts/arcs, flooring Plumbing - repair and installation of sinks/baths/showers, toilets, radiators and guttering. Tiling - repair and installation of bath/shower areas entirely Plastering - patching/skimming inc decorating. Be able to deal with all aspects of day to day repairs, scheduled maintenance and refurbishments on private properties.
Applicant to have previously worked in a similar role as you will need to organise your workload in a fast paced environment, travel to site, carry out property inspections, resolve issues, make repairs as necessary and report back to the office with clear understanding.

Must be able to work alone or part of a team, be polite and presentable.

A company van will be supplied for work use along with expenses paid i.e. Fuel, Parking.

A company uniform will also be provided along with associated PPE.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
