Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Multi- Trade Operative to support our kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme across occupied social housing properties in the Liverpool area. The role involves carrying out a range of tasks including basic joinery, patch plastering, tiling repairs, silicone work, minor plumbing and making-good works to ensure properties are left to a high standard ready for handover.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake multi-trade tasks as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, including: Basic joinery - boxing-in, trims, panels, architraves, skirting. Patch plastering and making good around chases and alterations. Tiling repairs and silicone finishing. Minor plumbing adjustments such as reconnecting pipework, traps, and sanitaryware fittings. Making-good works following electrical or plumbing installs. Complete snagging and finishing tasks to ensure a clean and professional final presentation. Work efficiently to support specialist trades and keep the programme moving. Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working in occupied homes. Ensure cleanliness and safety of working area at all times. Report any additional works or variations to the site supervisor. Adhere to health & safety standards and follow company procedures.
Requirements

Experience working as a Multi-Trade Operative within social housing or domestic maintenance. Competent in at least two or more core trades - joinery, tiling, plaster patching, basic plumbing, decorating/finishing. Ability to deliver quality work at a good pace, ensuring a clean finish. Own tools and transport preferred. CSCS card desirable. Professional conduct with excellent customer service skills for working in occupied properties. Strong understanding of health & safety compliance on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 160.00-200.00 per day
