We're looking for an Experienced Multi Trade to join our team!

Westons are looking for a reliable, experienced, highly motivated individual to carry out construction works on Void Property Renovation projects as well as tenanted property Responsive Repair Work.

As a Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks across multiple trades, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within specified deadlines. You will work on a wide range of projects to both void and tenanted properties whether residential or commercial and be a key part of our on-site team.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete repairs, maintenance, and installations as required. Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations. Deliver a high standard of workmanship, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain a professional approach at all times, upholding company values and customer service standards.

Trades required for this role include:

Carpentry: Kitchens, Doors Etc Tiling Plastering preferred*
Painting and Decorating Plumbing: Full Bathroom replacements (DFG Shower pump replacements), toilets, sinks and basins, repair leaks, taps, showers, waste pipes, isolation valves, stopcocks. General Property Maintenance Ability to lay non slip safety vinyl (Polysafe) flooring. Including cap and cove. (Preferred but not essential)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar role. Competence in a range of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating (additional skills are a bonus). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. A full UK driving license is preferred. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients. A commitment to delivering quality work and excellent customer service.
