We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of trade skills and be able to perform various maintenance and repair tasks across different areas. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The Multi Trader will work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
Duties
Carry out general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and carry out necessary repairs.
Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed to complete larger projects or repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or residents.
Skills
Proficiency in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
