Advert for Multi-Trader

Location: Hampshire and surrounding areas

Our Team of experienced professionals are committed to ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

The works we carry out are refurbishing properties that have been left in disrepair. These works range from small maintenance jobs to full refurbishment which include new bathrooms and kitchens.

Role Overview:

We are looking for skilled Multi-Traders who are confident in carrying out a broad range of maintenance and repair works. You must be comfortable working independently and delivering quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out multi-trade repairs, maintenance and improvement works, including but not limited to: Carpentry Painting and decorating Basic plumbing Work efficiently across occupied and void properties Communicate effectively with clients and office staff. Complete jobs via mobile device or paperwork as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in multi-trade work, particularly in domestic or social housing settings. Comfortable working at height and in loft spaces. Full UK driving licence. Good communication and organisational skills. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Employment Options:

Subcontractor

Rate:

160 - 180 per day (depending on experience and output)

Requirements:

Own Van and tools

DBS Certificate within the last 6 months.

Valid public liability insurance (minimum 5 million cover)
