We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trades professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, enabling them to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the overall functionality and aesthetic of our operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all duties. Assist with the installation of fixtures, fittings, and equipment as required. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimise downtime.

Experience

Proven experience in one or more trades such as plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry is essential; experience across multiple trades is highly desirable. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to building maintenance and repair work. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders. A proactive approach to work with a strong attention to detail.

Pay: 120.00-200.00 per year
