Skilled Multi-Trade Person

to join our team in

Melksham/Trowbridge.

Overall purpose of the role:

We are looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills across various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential and commercial properties. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems. Perform repairs and installations in various areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Proven experience in maintenance tasks. Ability to perform various trades such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. Strong problem-solving skills. Respond to maintenance requests from clients promptly and efficiently Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks performed, including time, materials, and client interactions. Excellent time management and organisational abilities. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Key Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented mindset. Proven experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance work. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Relevant certifications or licenses in specific trades.
