We require an experienced multi tradesman with a minimum of 15/20 years professional experience, which means 15/20 years proven work experience. We are looking for someone who is professional, meticulous and self sufficient with experience in working in high end residential projects.

You must have experience working within a professional working environment, and be able to demonstrate this.

The relevant tradesman will be self employed, must have own vehicle and tools and be willing to travel around the greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire area.

We are looking for individuals that are looking for long term stable work within a professional company and are looking to settle down within an organisation, equally we dont mind individuals looking for part time work also.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills and experience in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. This role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable using both power and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard. The Tradesman will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations across various projects.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Carry out painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures. Perform welding duties as required for fabrication projects. Execute carpentry work including framing, roofing, and finishing. Conduct plumbing installations and repairs to ensure proper water flow and drainage. Fabricate components as needed for various construction projects. Undertake masonry work such as bricklaying and stone setting. Complete electrical installations and repairs in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications. Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multiple trades including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and welding. Proficient in the use of power tools (e.g., drills, saws) and hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle is required. Relevant certifications or qualifications in specific trades will be considered an advantage.
