Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Construction Multi-Trader to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be experienced across multiple trades and capable of working independently to a high standard while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out a wide range of construction and maintenance works, including: Carpentry Plastering Painting & decorating Basic plumbing Tiling and general building works

Work from clear instructions, drawings, and job specifications Complete jobs efficiently and to agreed deadlines Maintain a high standard of workmanship and site cleanliness Communicate effectively with management and other trades on site
Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Multi-Trader within the construction industry Strong understanding of multiple trades Ability to understand and follow clear instructions Proven ability to work to deadlines Reliable, punctual, and professional Valid UK driving licence preferred Own basic tools
