Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team, responsible for a variety of construction and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, have a means of transport and has own tools. This role requires a hands-on individual who can effectively use both hand and power tools to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installation of doors and windows, and cabinetry work. Execute construction painting duties, ensuring surfaces are prepared and finished to a professional standard. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Assist in the fabrication of materials as needed for various projects. Tiling, flooring, skirting, architrave and general maintenance. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, masonry and decorating is highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's licence may be required for transportation between job sites. Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades are an advantage but not mandatory.
