The Michael Streete Foundation (MSFDN) is seeking a dynamic and versatile Multimedia and Marketing Tutor to deliver high quality, engaging training across our digital, creative, marketing, and media programmes. This role is ideal for someone who is confident teaching both the technical, data-driven side of digital media and the practical, creative elements of marketing and content production.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging sessions covering multimedia, marketing, sales, content creation, broadcast and media.
Teach core technical tools including (but not limited to):
Klaviyo, Google Trends, Google Analytics, Shopify, Wix/Squarespace, AI website builders, CRM tools, YouTube Studio and live-streaming setups.
Support learners to understand data, insights, and performance metrics to inform marketing decisions.
Teach practical marketing skills including campaign strategy, content planning, social media management, copywriting, email marketing, and customer acquisition.
Teach creative production skills such as filming, editing, lighting, podcasting, basic design, and platform-specific content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
Guide learners through multimedia workflows using phones, cameras, lighting kits, mics, and livestream equipment.
Provide hands-on support during workshops, projects, assessments, and live briefs with employers.
Maintain an inclusive, supportive learning environment that meets MSFDN standards.
Contribute to curriculum development, session planning, and quality assurance processes.
Track learner progress, mark assignments, provide feedback and support employability where required.
Stay up to date with emerging tools, platforms, AI, and marketing trends to ensure training remains current.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong practical knowledge of digital marketing, multimedia production and content creation.
Experience using: Klaviyo or similar ESPs, Google Trends, analytics tools, CMS/website builders, AI tools, and livestream platforms.
Confident teaching or training diverse learners, ideally in a creative, digital, or marketing context.
Ability to break down complex technical concepts into simple, accessible learning steps.
Skilled across social platforms, marketing workflows, content production, and performance-driven marketing.
Excellent communication, organisation and learner engagement skills.
Desirable
Experience delivering apprenticeships, bootcamps, workshops, or industry-led training.
Knowledge of broadcast setups, studio environments, or media technical systems.
Understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and performance optimisation.
Ability to support learners with real-world projects and employer-linked activities.
