Job Description

We're looking for a skilled, independent and equipped Multimedia Content Creator to join our team at World Famous Dive Bars. We are a bar & venue group based in Bristol and the wider South West, and are currently expanding to include a wider range of businesses under our umbrella.

As the Multimedia Content Creator at World Famous Dive Bars, you will be responsible for producing engaging visual and digital content that promotes our diverse portfolio of bars, venues, and entertainment spaces. You will bring our brand's personality to life through high-quality photography, videography, editing, and design that connects with customers both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Photography

Shoot and edit promotional videos, event coverage, interviews, and creative storytelling pieces for YouTube and social media. Capture high-quality images and footage of live events, cocktails, food preparation, and venue progression. Record and edit DJ mixes and set clips for promotional use and social platforms.
Content Production & Editing

Deliver polished edits for short-form and long-form video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Ensure a consistent brand identity and visual style across all content.
Graphic Design

Design promotional posters, event flyers, menus, and branded materials for both print and digital use. Create visually engaging graphics that align with each venue's unique identity.
Marketing & Brand Support

Work closely with venue managers and the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive footfall and online engagement. Document and showcase building progression and venue development projects. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.

Skills & Competencies

Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent). Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva). Experience editing music-based content, including DJ sets and live performance clips. Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines. A creative eye for storytelling, branding, and visual identity.

Impact

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how World Famous Dive Bars and its venues are seen by the public. Your content will drive engagement, build brand recognition, and showcase the energy, music culture, and community spirit that define our bars and venues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
