We're looking for a creative, hands-on multimedia marketer who can bring our brand to life through video, photography, and compelling storytelling. You will lead the production of video campaigns across paid media, social channels, and our website, manage a central content library, capture on-site case studies, and develop scripts that engage our audiences. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces new ideas, and can confidently drive multimedia initiatives from concept through to execution.
Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for a wide range of marketing channels paid media campaigns, social media, and the company website, to drive awareness, sales, enquiries and traffic.
Write scripts and storyboards, that support marketing campaigns and brand messaging, that resonate with our audiences and drive action.
Create and manage a content repository and multimedia library and lead best practices for content storage and reuse.
Capture on-site photography, video, and drone footage for customer case studies and campaigns.
Adapt and optimise content for multiple platforms (email, social, website, paid media).
Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Sales and other teams to develop creative concepts.
Ensure all content reflects brand standards, is optimised for engagement, and maintains quality.
Track performance and provide monthly insights to guide improvements, utilising reporting platforms such as GA4
Stay up to date with trends in multimedia, video marketing, social formats, and AI tools.
Lead creative direction for video campaigns and support wider brand initiatives, including ah-hoc work with other members of the Brand team.
Skills
Proven experience in photography and videography.
Strong post-production skills and proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom/Express.
Experience with motion graphics/animation.
Confident scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.
Experience creating content for paid media (social, display, YouTube).
Experience managing, developing and optimising YouTube and other video channels
Understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and platform-specific content optimisation.
Experience in reporting platforms such as GA4
Ability to plan content and campaigns in line with marketing timelines.
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
A proactive, collaborative attitude with strong creative flair.
Willingness to travel to case studies to collect content on a regular basis, and visit our head office in North West England a couple of times a year.
