As a Multi-Site Leasing Coordinator, you are the face of LIVINGWAY across our North-West and Yorkshire developments. You bring our values to life daily, supporting residents, driving leasing performance, and ensuring every building runs smoothly, safely, and beautifully.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, connection, and responsibility. You'll be the bridge between our residents, site teams, and head office, ensuring each building is well-managed, each tenancy journey seamless, and each resident experience exceptional.

Key ResponsibilitiesResident



Experience & Support



Act as the primary on-site contact for residents, delivering a warm, professional, and proactive service. Handle queries, concerns, and complaints quickly and empathetically, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution. Build strong relationships with residents to promote engagement, trust, and long-term satisfaction. Support community wellbeing and social initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging across all sites. Gather and share resident feedback to continuously improve the experience across the portfolio.

Leasing & Renewals



Manage incoming viewings, representing the LIVINGWAY lifestyle and brand with enthusiasm. Showcase apartments confidently, highlighting key features, design quality, and community benefits. Support the tenancy process, from application through to onboarding, renewals, and departures. Collaborate with the Property Management Teams to ensure deposits, rent payments, and move-ins are processed accurately. Track leasing performance metrics, conversion rates, and renewal outcomes to support central reporting.

Building Presentation & Standards



Maintain exceptional standards across communal areas, apartments, and outdoor spaces. Conduct daily and weekly site walks, reporting and addressing any maintenance or cleanliness issues. Coordinate cleaning schedules and maintenance visits to ensure consistency across all locations. Maintain up-to-date inspection records and visual standards documentation.

Operational Oversight



Oversee daily building operations, ensuring safety, accessibility, and compliance at all times. Monitor fire safety systems, lighting, and security, reporting hazards or incidents promptly. Ensure all resident and contractor activity complies with LIVINGWAY's safety policies and local regulations. Support head office with operational updates, Yardi reporting, and compliance documentation.

Community Building & Events



Assist in planning and delivering resident engagement events, from wellness sessions to social gatherings. Promote upcoming activities on site and through the Resident App to increase participation. Capture and share community highlights and success stories for marketing and resident communications.

Maintenance Coordination



Conduct regular inspections of apartments and communal areas to identify and report issues early. Liaise with contractors and maintenance partners to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and minimal disruption. Track progress through digital systems (Yardi) to ensure accountability and completion. Support check-ins, mid-tenancy inspections, and check-outs with detailed photographic documentation.

Skills & Experience



Minimum 1 year experience in lettings, residential operations, or Build-to-Rent (preferred). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for people and service. Strong organisational ability with attention to detail and time management. Confident using technology, including mobile inspection tools and CRM systems (Yardi experience an advantage). Sound understanding of UK rental market practices and tenancy processes. Awareness of health & safety procedures and ability to uphold site compliance. Full UK driving licence (required) and willingness to travel between sites regularly.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
