Key Responsibilities:
Team leadership:
Recruit, train, and inspire your team. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback and drive a positive, supportive environment.
Customer experience:
Build a "home from home" community and deliver exceptional service. Handle complaints effectively and drive great reviews and customer satisfaction scores.
Driving revenue:
Manage budgets, maximise re-bookers, and lead sales campaigns to hit financial targets.
Stay ahead of the competition and understand your market.
Sustainability & community:
Champion local engagement, charity initiatives, and eco-friendly practices. Be an advocate for positive social and environmental change.
Facilities management:
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety compliance.
Handle emergencies and maintain strong contractor relationships.
Who you are:
Experienced in managing multiple sites (PBSA/hospitality/leisure preferred).
A customer service champion, with strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and people skills.
Sales and target-driven, with financial and facilities knowledge (a bonus).
