We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MS Carpenter to join our Responsive Repairs team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct carpentry repairs and maintenance in our properties.
Carry out assessments of repairs needed and provide accurate estimates.
Work collaboratively with other tradespeople to complete repairs.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor or Responsive Repairs Manager.
We are looking for someone with...
Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in a social housing or residential environment.
Essential qualifications; City and guilds Level 3 and NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various sites.
Qualified or years of experience to multi-skill- so can perform other trades to a high standard.
Work4 pilot
