Multi Skilled Carpenter

to join our team.

Salary:

up to 30,000 pa + travel allowance + enhanced overtime rates

Multi Skilled Carpenter Role will involve:-

all aspects of responsive and planned carpentry works; minor plumbing, painting and tiling repairs where required; performance of inspections to identify & replace worn parts / defects; assessing & documenting the problem & summary of actions taken; carrying out all working activities in accordance with company health & safety systems & HSE legislation.

Skills & experience needed :-

NVQ level 3 in carpenter & joinery (minimum); CSCS Gold Skilled Worker Card; strong background in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry & joinery (essential); experience in minor plumbing, painting repairs (an advantage); experience in reactive maintenance and planned works projects; experience of installing of Fire Doors (accredited training certificate would be desirable but not essential); experience using field maintenance software (an advantage); full clean UK driving licence (essential)

Our Successful Multi Skilled Carpenter will:-

be punctual & reliable; keen to deliver a first class service to our customers; available & willing to work flexible hours including weekends when required (including emergency on-call service in turn); help us to achieve a high level of first-time fix carrying out quality repairs; be able to follow written and verbal instructions; be able to complete an enhanced DBS check.
