About the Role;

We are seeking a proactive and versatile

Multi-Skilled Engineer

with a keen interest or background in

air conditioning systems

to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong foundation in mechanical and/or electrical engineering who is eager to develop specialist skills in HVAC systems across a diverse range of commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities;

Install, maintain, and repair a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Carry out fault finding and diagnostics across HVAC and other building services. Perform general building maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, water testing/monitoring/sample collection and fabric work. Work as independently or as part of a mobile team and/or on-site where required. Ensure all works are carried out in line with current health and safety legislation and company procedures. Complete relevant documentation and service reports daily, accurately and on time. Use CRM system to aid data handling. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients & colleagues.
About You;

Demonstrable multi-skilled experience across at least two disciplines (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC). F-Gas Category 1 certification (or willingness to obtain). A good understanding or interest in air conditioning systems (split, VRV/VRF, AHUs, etc.). Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude. Full UK driving licence. Willingness to work flexibly, independently and travel to various sites as needed.
Desirable;

Experience working on commercial or light industrial HVAC systems. NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (if from an electrical background). IPAF/PASMA/CSCS card.
