Due to significant changes in the marketplace Kindeva is currently going through a period of substantial growth and we are looking for talented individuals to join our Loughborough team.

Role Overview:

We are currently looking for driven, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Multi-skilled Engineer Apprenticeship Programme based at our facility in Loughborough, Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to gain training and support across multiple engineering disciplines, whilst earning a qualification to enhance your career.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with Plant Engineers to provide electrical and mechanical maintenance engineering services across the manufacturing & support areas. Supporting the inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing both electrical and mechanical faults, to ensure the smooth running of production lines and equipment. Work with Plant Engineers to provide planned and emergency maintenance support. Support with the planned and preventative maintenance for site utilities. Support breakdown issues and resolution. Gain hands-on experience identifying and diagnosing issues in machinery working with advanced tools and techniques. Ensure all engineering activities are carried out to the necessary standard complying with Safety, cGMP & company requirements. Work with Module Technicians to gain experience within the value streams. Punctually in attendance at college and successfully complete allocated courses. Successfully complete BTEC / NVQ qualifications aligned with the opportunity.

Key Capabilities:

Maths & English GCSE grade C/grade 4 or above. A keen interest in engineering and technology. A passion for working with both hands-on and theoretical knowledge. Good organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills. Enthusiastic, flexible, conscientious and proactive in approach. To work efficiently with supervision. Take a positive approach to own training and development. Good communication and teamworking skills. Strong team player.
