Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for operational excellence and compliance? Sodexo is recruiting a Multiskilled Engineer to deliver day-to-day Hard FM services across a key government contract. You'll be part of a highly motivated team ensuring buildings operate safely and efficiently while exceeding service delivery expectations.
Your Role
As a Multiskilled Engineer, you will:
- Maintain and repair M&E and building systems (boilers, pumps, HVAC, BMS, lighting, etc.)
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance using our CAFM systems
- Liaise with contractors and ensure statutory compliance (e.g., COSHH, SSoW)
- Participate in out-of-hours rota and emergency response
- Support small project delivery and help drive FM innovation and improvement
Essential:
- HND/NVQ in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Fit for physical demands of the job
- Prior AP/CP designation (e.g., Boilers, Electrical, Confined Spaces)
- Experience using CAFM systems such as Maximo
