We are looking for a flexible, passionate individual to join our team and deliver exceptional food and service across our three outlets.
The Role
This is a flexible role covering
front of house, back of house, and bar duties
. You may be responsible for opening/closing the premises and working independently at times.Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner. Prepare and cook Jamaican/Caribbean dishes. Manage bookings and orders via
phone, email, social media, and online platforms
. Handle customer queries and complaints in line with company standards. Mix and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Maintain cleanliness across FOH, kitchen, and bar areas. Assist with stock rotation and report shortages.Requirements
Minimum 6 months hospitality or kitchen experience. Must know how to cook Jamaican/Caribbean food. Confident managing bookings and queries across multiple channels. Flexible to work across all three businesses (restaurant, lounge, takeaway). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Food Hygiene certificate desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.21-20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
