As we grow, we're looking for a skilled, self-motivated tradesperson who takes pride in their work and enjoys a varied, hands-on role.
The Role
You'll work both independently and alongside other trades to deliver high-quality joinery and kitchen installations. You'll often take ownership of your own projects from start to finish, so good planning and a proactive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Install kitchens to a high standard (flat-pack and rigid units)
Fit skirting boards, architraves, doors, and other second-fix joinery
Lay laminate and LVT flooring
Read and interpret technical plans and installation instructions
Work with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Essential Requirements
3+ years' experience as a joiner or kitchen fitter
Skilled in kitchen installations and general carpentry
Full UK driving licence (clean)
Own hand and power tools
Able to pass a standard DBS check
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Strong communication and time management skills
Desirable Skills
Plastering and/or wall/floor tiling
Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge
Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management tools
Fire door installation experience
Flexibility to work occasional weekends if required
