Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and multi-skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team, working across both commercial and domestic properties.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks including:

Plumbing repairs and installations

General property repairs

Painting and decorating

Roofing work (minor repairs)

Site cleanups and general maintenance

Gardening and grounds maintenance

This is a mobile role, working across various sites, so flexibility and a proactive attitude are key.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property maintenance or similar role

Strong all-round skills in plumbing, repairs, painting, roofing, and grounds upkeep

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Own tools (essential)

Own van (advantageous but not essential)

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to travel between sites

No overnight stays - all work is local/regional

Pay:

Competitive, and based on experience.
