Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills and the ability to perform various maintenance and repair tasks, working independently and effectively ensuring high-quality workmanship.

The role will be to carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the Northwest for clients who are situated within the housing industry, experience in this fast paced sector would be advantageous but not essential, the applicant must be able to use and have experience using current technology, a tablet will be provided with training on the software and internal procedures

Duties

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment. Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Carry out joinery works, repairs and ensuring a high end finish. Perform electrical repairs, including wiring, lighting installations, and troubleshooting. Execute mechanical repairs, ensuring all equipment is functioning efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and concerns. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Proficiency in electrical systems, including installation and repair. Experience with logic controllers is advantageous. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Proficient in English for effective communication with clients and team members. Capability to maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Experience in supervising others is a plus.
Looking for -

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.50-17.50 per hour
