Multiskilled Painter
- part time (2 days per week)
Join First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO)'s dynamic repairs team on a permanent basis, delivering repairs to a local customer base where you can really make a difference.
Our Offer:
A salary of circa 34,000 per annum (pro rata) plus an opportunity to earn additional stand by paid call out
A 37-hour working week
We provide - Company van, fuel card, power tools, uniform & PPE
Holiday entitlement is 30 days, plus one shut down day which will be determined by the company and eight bank holidays. Part time colleagues will receive a pro-rated entitlement. You can also purchase additional leave.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate:
Has a full UK driving licence
Has UKATA Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to undertake and pass prior to employment / engagement)
Experience of working as a painter in tenanted and void domestic properties, preferably in a social housing organisation
Basic experience & knowledge of other supporting trades, plumbing, joinery.
Ability to update computerised records using relevant IT equipment such as PDAs or other personal electronic devices, or to complete paper records if appropriate.
Understands the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion and demonstrates this by treating colleagues and customers fairly and equitably
Is able to demonstrate practical working knowledge of Health & Safety
Has excellent customer-service skills
