Multi-Skilled Plasterer / Tradesperson (Structural Repairs)

All Britain Construction is looking for an experienced Plasterer / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team in the Midlands. The main focus of this role is structural plastering repairs, working on domestic properties as part of internal repair and insurance reinstatement projects.

You'll also support the team with light carpentry, kitchen and bathroom removals, and other finishing tasks as needed to complete each project to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out structural plastering repairs to walls, ceilings, and other internal surfaces.

Prepare and finish surfaces using bonding, base coat, and multi-finish materials.

Remove and reinstall kitchens and bathrooms to enable access to damaged areas.

Perform second-fix carpentry, including fitting doors, skirting boards, and architraves.

Work independently or as part of the structural repair team to deliver high-quality results on time.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Plasterer, with strong skills in structural and internal repairs.

Knowledge of plastering materials, techniques, and surface preparation.

Competence in basic carpentry and general building tasks.

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the Midlands.
