We're currently looking for multiple Multi-Skilled Plumbers to join our Repairs team in Boston .

A company vehicle
Fuel card
Branded workwear

What will a typical week look like for a Multi-skilled Joiner at LHP?
Working at LHP means no two days are the same. You'll be part of a solid team that's got your back--whether you're tackling tricky jobs or celebrating a job well done.
Start the week right by checking and topping up your van stock--making sure you've got all the gear you need so you're not wasting time running to suppliers.
Get stuck into plumbing jobs --everything from replacing taps and fixing leaks to installing new kitchen sinks or bathroom fittings. You'll also be asked to reseal windows and doors or help with general joinery if needed.
Attend scheduled appointments in tenants' homes, working alongside other trades to sort out minor repairs--could be anything from a dodgy door to patching up plaster or sorting out a loose radiator.
Keep it clean and safe --you'll use PPE, dust sheets, and overshoes to protect the property and show respect to the customer.
Stay in touch --you'll update planners and team leaders using our housing system, keeping records straight and customers in the loop.
Think on your feet --carry out risk assessments on-site and flag anything unsafe straight away.
Keep an eye out --report anything unusual, like signs of damp, mould, tenancy fraud, or safeguarding concerns.
Pitch in across the estate --you might help with brickwork, external groundworks, or other maintenance tasks.
Work on empty properties --doing improvement works like plumbing, joinery, or groundwork to get them ready for new tenants.
Be part of the emergency rota --responding to urgent repairs out-of-hours to keep our homes safe and running smoothly..
