We're now looking for a

Multi-Skilled Technician (Engineer)

to join our Facilities Management team at the

Welsh Government BCP

site.

What you'll do:

Maintain, repair, and install critical plant and building systems Deliver a mix of

electrical

,

mechanical

, and

general building

tasks Respond to emergency faults and minimise downtime Work with specialist contractors and integrate their work into site operations Take ownership of key systems such as

BMS

,

HVAC

,

fire safety

, and

boiler control systems

What you bring:

Must-Haves:

+ Recognised qualifications in

HVAC

(City & Guilds) and/or

electrical/mechanical services

+ Minimum 5 years' hands-on engineering experience in building maintenance
+ Confidence diagnosing faults and performing multi-trade repairs
+ Strong understanding of statutory building requirements and asset lifecycles
+ Comfortable working with digital systems (PDA/CAFM)
+ Valid

UK driving licence

and ability to pass

BPSS vetting (inc. DBS)

Bonus Points if You Have:

+ HNC/HND in an engineering or building services discipline
+ Asbestos awareness, CSCS certificate, or experience with PDA systems
+ Additional trade skills or certifications
