Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering top-quality workmanship across a variety of tasks. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well independently and as part of a team, and consistently maintains high safety and performance standards.

Candidate requirements (mandatory)

Access to a vehicle during working hours - mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile. Access to a mobile phone with camera and data during working hours. Access to the Basic Tool Kit (as instructed by employer) Shift hours (10:00 - 18:30) Shift pattern (one weekend in, one weekend off)

Duties include (but not limited)

Perform a variety of skilled tasks in renovations and repairs; demolition, construction, first and secondary fix works; wall studding, framing and joists, plastering etc. Perform a variety of skilled tasks in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance Take action to solve problems and/or complaints and use established guidelines for communication during the renovation process. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly whilst maintaining accurate records and data. Collaborate and communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used alongside inventory audits

We are looking for a candidate who:

Has a minimum three year experience with building maintenance, construction and/or renovations Has excellent communication skills; understand both oral and written instructions in English. Has a professional appearance and conduct at all times, with colleagues and customers. Is able to multitask, prioritize and juggle work orders including last minute requests. Is physically fit, able to lift and carry loads exceeding 25lbs. Is a positive team player attitude and a strong willingness to learn and help Is able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and bank holidays.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
