We're looking to recruit two experienced and reliable multi-skilled tradespeople to join our growing team with an immediate start available..

The work will involve working in and around the Exeter area, primarily on void properties, delivering both major refurbishments and standard void updates.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and is happy to get involved in all stages of a project, from initial strip-out to finish.

You'll need to be confident across a wide range of trades, including kitchen fitting, groundworks, carpentry, plumbing, decorating, masonry, and general maintenance.

We're looking for all-rounders with a proactive, problem-solving mindset, people who can work independently, manage their time well, and take responsibility for seeing jobs through to completion. Meeting deadlines is essential, and you'll be expected to contribute to every aspect of the refurbishment process to ensure the job is completed efficiently and to a good standard.

You must have your own tools and transport and experience working across multiple trades.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to 19 per hour, ongoing work in and around Exeter, and the opportunity to join a supportive and growing team. For the right candidate, there is an option to move into a full-time employed position.
