We specialise in mould, damp and ventilation works, installations of wet rooms, kitchens, adaptations and extensions in both commercial and the domestic sector. Ongoing works in Social housing, Voids and Tenanted Properties.

Job description

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are actively recruiting for Full Time Multi-Skilled Trades Persons. Company vehicle will be provided.

The Person:

Ideally the candidate will have a background in the construction Industry and be willing to undertake most job roles involved within the Property Maintenance sector.

Working Pattern:

A typical working week is Monday to Friday 7:30am - 16:30pm.

The Offer:

Salary is negotiable depending on experience/qualifications

Job Role:

Carry out relevant duties on responsive and planned works to specification as instructed either individually or as part of a team. As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, you will undertake a wide variety of tasks and complete each job in a timely and efficient manner, with customer satisfaction at the forefront.

All PPE will be supplied to complete work in a safe manner

We are looking for candidates with experience in some of the following:

Plastering Bricklaying Groundworks Plumbing Joinery Full DPC's Kitchen Installations Bathroom Installations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
