Job Description

We're a

startup estate agency & property management company

based in Barnes, and we are looking for a

creative, multi-skilled handyman

who can solve any property problem.

This is

freelance, self-employed work

at first, but if the fit is right, there's scope for

full-time employment

as we grow.

What you'll be doing (depending on the job):

Electrical:

lighting, transformers, fittings, sockets, security systems, cameras & intercoms

Plumbing:

taps, leaks, radiators, basic pipework

Carpentry & Joinery:

locks, hinges, kitchens, general repairs

Refrigeration & HVAC:

A/C install, fridge/chiller repairs

Painting & Decorating:

touch-ups to full redecorations

Appliance Repair:

washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, etc.

Metalwork, Locksmith & Windows:

welding, basic fabrication, lock fitting/replacement, minor window works

Networking & Tech:

Wi-Fi access points, routers, CCTV setup, troubleshooting

General Maintenance:

condition checks, fault-finding, practical fixes
You need to have your own tools. We provide all materials ordered to your specification.

Who we're looking for:

Multi-trade capability (you don't need 100% of the list above -- if you're close, apply and tell us what you can'tyet do) A

solutions-first mindset

-- you enjoy figuring things out, not passing problems off Any background in

mechanical/electrical engineering, mechatronics, building services, HVAC, fabrication, automotive/marine

is a bonus, but not essential Trustworthy, polite, and reliable with good communication skills

Own tools and vehicle

required; we always provide the materials/parts ordered to your specification.
