We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Skilled Fabric Engineer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to apply their expertise in various trades to deliver exceptional service.

Duties

Execute planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, and installations as required across multiple trades. Provide technical expertise and quality craftsmanship in all trade areas. Utilise a wide range of skills in additional trades to provide high-quality repair and replacement services. Continuously develop skills to perform all types of multi-skilled work. Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools; participate in training as necessary to safely use new equipment. Engage with customers to arrange and execute work, ensuring consideration of their needs. Interpret verbal and written instructions, including diagrams and sketches, to effectively carry out tasks. Plan and organise workloads efficiently to maximise productivity. Assess, plan, and procure necessary parts and materials for maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Fabric/Maintenance Engineer. Clean UK Driving License Strong competency in general maintenance, repairs, and technical problem-solving. Ability to diagnose and efficiently solve maintenance issues. Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with clients and team members. Relevant trade certifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) are highly regarded.
