We are a growing local building and maintenance company looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Tradesperson to join our team. This is a varied role, ideal for someone with a broad skill set and a "can-do" attitude who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Carry out a wide range of building and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and general repairs.

Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, etc.).

Ability to read and work from drawings/specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Own tools (advantage but not essential).

Positive attitude and reliability are a must.
